Our History & services
We began as a tile fitting company over 20 years ago, working on both domestic and commercial projects. In 2016, we decided to open a trade counter, selling all tiling products to fellow tradesman. This developed into the online store that you see today, selling high quality products to both trade and public.
As a company that began their journey as tile fitters, we fully understand all of your tiling needs. We can offer support and advice about our products and the installation of them.
We are very proud to still be able to offer an exceptional tile installation service and have a team of highly skilled, professional tile fitters. Delivery
We offer free delivery on all orders over £499.
Standard Delivery: 3-5 working days
Special Orders: Approximately 4 weeks
There is also an option to schedule your delivery in advance.
Deliveries are Kerbside only, our couriers will not enter your home.
Payment Methods
We accept all major credit/debit cards, via Stripe on our website, PayPal and BAC’s.
Returns and Refunds
If you receive damaged or incorrect tiles please inform us within 48 hours of delivery. We will either refund you or send replacements as quickly as possible. Delivery costs are non refundable. All return items occur a 30% restocking fee. Stoketiles will not collect any surplus or unwanted goods, the customer will be responsible for arranging the return of goods. Return tiles must be received during regular opening hours (Monday-Friday 8am-5pm) and must be in a resaleable condition, original packaging and returned within 28 days of purchase date. Special order items are non refundable.
