What is the best way to search for the right tile within your full collection?

You can browse the full tile collection by using our on-site filters to narrow down by application, finish, size, colour, and material, making it easier to find tiles that match your specific project requirements. If you have a particular style in mind, using the Browse by Style section is another great way to discover coordinated options. Our team is also on hand to help if you would like personalised recommendations.

How soon can I expect my tile order to be delivered after placing it online?

Delivery timescales vary depending on the tiles you order and whether they are held in stock or need to be sourced. In-stock tiles are typically despatched within a few working days, and estimated delivery information is shown on each product page. We recommend checking availability before ordering if you are working to a tight project schedule, and our team can provide up-to-date lead times if needed.

What should I do if my tiles arrive damaged?

If any tiles arrive damaged, please do not lay them and contact our customer service team as soon as possible with photographs of the damage and your order details. We will arrange replacements or a suitable resolution for you promptly. This is also why we always recommend ordering a 10-15% overage, as it provides a buffer should any tiles be damaged in transit or during installation.

Can I return tiles if I have ordered too many?

We do accept returns on unopened, undamaged boxes of tiles, subject to our returns policy, provided the tiles are in their original packaging. Before placing your order, we recommend double-checking your measurements and including the appropriate overage allowance to avoid over-ordering significantly. If you are unsure about quantities, our team can help you calculate exactly how much you need before you buy.

Do I need a professional to install wall and floor tiles, or can I lay them myself?

Many of our customers successfully install tiles themselves, particularly for straightforward wall tiling projects in kitchens and bathrooms. However, for large-format tiles, floor installations with underfloor heating, or wet rooms, we strongly recommend using a qualified tiler to ensure a professional and long-lasting result. Always follow the adhesive and grout manufacturer’s instructions, and ensure the substrate is properly prepared before tiling begins.
