Are the tiles in the Tile Offers section seconds or substandard products?

Not at all. Every tile in our Tile Offers section is the same first-quality product you would find in our standard ranges. The reduced price reflects surplus stock, end-of-line clearance, or seasonal promotions rather than any defect or compromise in quality.

Can I reorder offer tiles at a later date if I need more?

Because our Tile Offers are often drawn from limited or surplus stock, we cannot guarantee that the same tiles will be available for reorder once current quantities are sold. We strongly recommend calculating your full requirements before purchasing, adding an extra 10-15% to account for cuts and breakages, and ordering everything you need in one go to avoid running short.

How do I know how many tiles to order from the sale section?

Start by measuring the total area you need to cover in square metres, then factor in an additional 10-15% for wastage from cuts and any future repairs. Our website lists pack coverage clearly for each tile, so you can match your area requirements to the packs available. If you are unsure, our customer service team is happy to help you work out the right quantity before you buy.

Do the offer tiles come with the same guarantees as full-price tiles?

Yes. Tiles purchased through our Tile Offers section carry the same manufacturer specifications and quality standards as those sold at full price. We recommend always checking the individual product page for technical details such as slip resistance rating and suitability for walls or floors, so you can be confident the tile meets the requirements of your specific project.

Can I use offer tiles for both indoor and outdoor projects?

Suitability varies by individual tile rather than by the fact that it is on offer. Each product page in our Tile Offers section specifies whether the tile is suitable for indoor use, outdoor use, floors, walls, or a combination. Always check the product details before purchasing, paying particular attention to frost resistance and slip resistance ratings if you are tiling an outdoor or wet area.
