To calculate how many boxes you need, simply multiply your room’s length by its width to get the total area in square metres, then divide by 2.22 and round up to the nearest whole box. We always recommend adding around 10% extra to account for cuts, wastage, and the angled cuts required by the herringbone pattern, which typically generates more offcuts than a straight lay.
