The Lubeck Perla shares the same 600 x 600mm size, 10mm thickness, matt finish, and porcelain material as others in the Lubeck range, such as the Lubeck Ceniza, but differs in its specific grey/silver tone and concrete effect variation. Because they share identical dimensions and are from the same range, they can be mixed intentionally to create a subtle tonal variation across a floor or feature wall. We recommend ordering samples of each colourway before committing, to see how they work together in your lighting conditions.

The Lubeck Perla’s matt porcelain surface is durable and resistant to everyday kitchen spills, making it straightforward to maintain. A regular wipe-down with a pH-neutral tile cleaner is all that is needed to keep the surface looking its best. The concrete effect finish is particularly practical in kitchens as it helps to disguise minor marks or light residue between cleans.

Because the Lubeck Perla is not rectified, its edges are not precision-cut to the same tolerances as rectified tiles, which means a slightly wider grout joint is recommended – typically 3mm or more – to accommodate any minor size variation between tiles. This is standard practice for non-rectified tiles and your tiler will be familiar with the requirement. It does not affect the tile’s durability, water resistance, or suitability for floors and walls in bathrooms, kitchens, or living rooms.
