Mapei Ultralite D2 tile adhesive

A 12.5kg tub of Mapei Ultralite D2 provides an impressive coverage of approximately 8 to 12 square metres, which is significantly more generous than many other ready-mixed adhesives of a similar weight. This wide coverage range reflects the adhesive’s lightweight formulation, which uses less material per square metre without sacrificing bond strength. For a typical small to medium bathroom, a single tub may well be sufficient to complete your wall tiling project.

The Mapei Ultralite D2 is designed for ceramic tiles up to 350x350mm, so it is well suited to standard and medium-format wall tiles commonly used in kitchens and bathrooms. If you are planning to use tiles larger than 350x350mm, we would recommend choosing a different adhesive from the Mapei range that is rated for larger formats. Always check your tile size against the adhesive’s specification before purchasing to ensure a secure and lasting installation.
