Are the Porcelanosa Star Buys discounted because they are lower quality or end-of-line products?

Not at all. The Porcelanosa Star Buys are genuine Porcelanosa tiles offered at up to 40% off, but they retain every bit of the brand’s renowned quality, durability, and design innovation. Discounts typically reflect special purchasing arrangements or selected lines that Stoke Tiles is able to pass on at reduced cost, not any compromise in the product itself. You are still investing in a premium Spanish-manufactured tile.

Do the discounted Porcelanosa tiles still come with a manufacturer's warranty?

Yes. Because these are authentic Porcelanosa products, they carry the same manufacturer’s guarantee as full-price lines. Porcelanosa is well known for standing behind its products, and purchasing through Stoke Tiles does not affect that cover. If you need specific warranty details for a particular tile, our team is happy to help before you order.

Which rooms are the Porcelanosa Star Buys tiles suitable for?

The Star Buys collection spans a wide range of tiles suitable for kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and more, so the right choice really depends on the individual tile’s slip rating and technical specification rather than the fact it is on offer. Each product page on Stoke Tiles lists the recommended applications, so you can confirm suitability before adding to your basket. If you are unsure, our customer team can advise based on your specific project.

How do I know I am getting genuine Porcelanosa tiles and not a lookalike brand?

Stoke Tiles is an authorised UK retailer of Porcelanosa products, so every tile in the Star Buys range is sourced directly and carries the authentic Porcelanosa branding and quality credentials. Porcelanosa tiles are manufactured in Spain and are subject to rigorous quality controls that distinguish them from cheaper imitations. You can shop with confidence knowing you are receiving the real product.

Can I order a sample before committing to a larger quantity from the Star Buys range?

Yes, we strongly recommend ordering a sample tile first, especially when buying online, so you can assess the colour, finish, and texture in your own home under your own lighting conditions. Samples are available on selected lines and can be requested directly through the product page or by contacting our team. Once you are happy, you can then calculate your full quantity and place your order.
