The Manhattan Wood range comes in four sizes – 19.3x120cm, 29.4x120cm, 19.3x180cm, and 29.4x180cm – which allows you to mix two or all four formats when laying, replicating the natural variation in plank width and length you would find in real timber flooring. This randomness is one of the key elements that makes a wood floor look genuine rather than repetitive, and it is something that single-size tile ranges simply cannot achieve.

The Manhattan Wood tiles are designed to give you the real wood look without any of the upkeep that comes with timber, meaning no sanding, re-sealing, or oiling is ever required. Routine cleaning with a brush and a damp mop using a suitable tile cleaner is all you need to keep the floor looking its best, even in high-traffic areas.

You can mix any combination of the four plank sizes to suit your preference and the look you want to achieve. Using all four sizes together will give the most natural and random appearance, while choosing just two sizes creates a slightly more structured pattern – both approaches work well, so it largely comes down to the aesthetic you are going for and the complexity of installation you are comfortable with.
