The Loft Collection is available in two large format sizes: 600x600mm and 800x800mm. Choosing the larger 800x800mm format is a great way to make a room feel more spacious and open, particularly in open-plan living areas or larger hallways.

For large format porcelain tiles like those in the Loft Collection, we recommend a minimum 3mm grout joint. This allows for slight natural movement in the subfloor and helps ensure a professional, even finish across the laid surface.

Yes, the porcelain tiles in the Loft Collection are fully compatible with underfloor heating systems. Porcelain is an excellent conductor of heat, making it an ideal flooring choice when paired with both electric mat and water-fed underfloor heating.

The Loft Collection works beautifully in kitchens, living rooms, hallways, and open-plan spaces where a contemporary, understated look is desired. The large format sizes help create a seamless, flowing appearance with fewer grout lines across the floor.

To calculate your tile quantity, measure the length and width of the room in metres and multiply them together to get the total square metreage. We always recommend adding at least 10% extra to your order to account for cuts, wastage, and any future replacements.
