When calculating quantities, measure your floor area in square metres and add at least 10% for cuts and wastage, particularly around edges and obstacles where the hexagonal shape will require more trimming than a standard square tile.

Hexagon tiles do require a little more care during installation than rectangular tiles, mainly because maintaining consistent grout joints and keeping the pattern aligned takes additional attention.
