Because the Devon Collection is made from porcelain rather than real wood, it is highly resistant to everyday scratches from furniture, pets, and foot traffic that would visibly mark a timber floor over time. The colour and texture run through the surface glaze, so any minor surface wear is far less noticeable than it would be on natural wood or laminate flooring.

As a general rule, we recommend ordering at least 10% extra on top of your measured floor area to allow for cuts, breakages during installation, and any offcuts needed around doorways and edges.
