The Maintree range is available in three colours – Birch, Oak, and Grey – all in a 98 x 593mm plank format. The elongated plank size is ideal for creating a realistic wood floor effect across a room.

The Grey colourway is a popular choice for modern and contemporary interiors, as it pairs well with white, concrete, and monochrome design schemes. If you prefer a warmer feel, the Birch is the lightest natural wood tone in the range and works beautifully in Scandi-inspired or minimalist spaces.

Yes, porcelain is fired at a higher temperature than standard ceramic, resulting in a denser, harder tile that is more resistant to scratches, chips, and moisture. This makes the Maintree range a particularly good investment for busy areas of the home like kitchens, hallways, or open-plan living spaces.

To maximise the natural wood appearance, we recommend laying the Maintree planks in a staggered brick-bond pattern and mixing tiles from different boxes as you go to blend any subtle variation in tone. Using a narrow grout joint in a colour that closely matches the tile will also help the finished floor look as close to real timber as possible.

The Oak colourway in the Maintree range is designed to replicate the warm, mid-toned appearance of natural oak timber, making it a natural companion to oak furniture or cabinetry. Because these are tiles rather than real wood, slight tonal differences between the tile and your furniture are normal and tend to look intentional rather than mismatched in a finished room.
