Sirocco Collection

Yes – the Sirocco collection carries an R10 anti-slip rating, which means these tiles are safe and practical for use on floors as well as walls. Their matt finish also helps to conceal everyday marks and footprints, making them a particularly sensible choice for busy kitchen floors. The durable porcelain construction ensures they can handle regular foot traffic without showing signs of wear.

Each Sirocco tile measures 223 x 223 x 10mm, making them a square format that works beautifully in both a straight grid pattern and a diagonal layout. Because the collection features five unique floral designs, mixing the different patterns across a floor or wall creates a lively, hand-painted feel reminiscent of traditional Mediterranean tilework. We recommend laying the tiles out dry first so you can plan how the different designs are distributed before committing to adhesive.

The R10 slip resistance rating and robust porcelain construction make the Sirocco tiles a strong candidate for sheltered outdoor areas such as a covered patio or a garden room floor. However, for fully exposed outdoor installations in the UK climate, you should check the specific frost resistance rating listed on the individual product page before purchasing. Using a suitable exterior-grade flexible adhesive is essential for any outdoor application.

The matt porcelain surface of the Sirocco tiles is straightforward to clean with a damp mop or cloth and a pH-neutral tile cleaner. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scouring pads, as these can dull the surface over time. Sealing the grout lines periodically will help prevent staining and keep the overall installation looking fresh, which is especially worthwhile in a kitchen environment.

Please refer to the individual product listings on stoketiles.co.uk for full details on how the five Sirocco designs are packaged and supplied, as this can vary. If you want to blend multiple designs across a project, it is a good idea to order all the tiles you need at the same time to ensure they come from the same production batch, keeping colour and finish consistent throughout.
