Kitkat Blue Mosaic 296x299mm

The Kitkat Blue Mosaic is rated for wall suitability only and is not intended for floor use, so it is well suited to shower walls and wet room wall surfaces. As a porcelain tile with a gloss finish, it is naturally water resistant when correctly installed with suitable waterproofing membrane and grout. Always ensure your installer prepares the substrate properly in wet areas to prevent moisture ingress behind the tiles.

Each sheet measures 269x299mm and covers 0.088m², with approximately 11.3 sheets needed per square metre. To calculate your order, measure the height and width of your splashback area in metres, multiply them together to get the total square metreage, then divide by 0.088 and round up. Adding 10% for cuts and wastage is recommended, particularly around plug sockets and corners.

The high-gloss porcelain surface does reflect light beautifully and will brighten your kitchen, but gloss finishes can show fingerprints and watermarks more readily than a matt tile, especially in a cooking environment. Regular wiping with a damp cloth and a mild, non-abrasive cleaner will keep the tiles looking their best and maintain the two-tone blue finish. The porcelain material itself is non-porous, so grease and splashes will not stain the tile body and are straightforward to clean off.
