Its ceramic construction handles moisture well when correctly installed with suitable grout and adhesive. However, as it is a wall tile only, you should choose a separate floor tile rated for wet floor areas for the shower tray or bathroom floor.

A kitchen splashback of that size covers approximately 1.2 square metres. Each box of Bottega Acero contains 15 tiles and covers 1.66m², so a single box would be sufficient for that area. We always recommend adding around 10% extra to your order to account for cuts and any breakages during installation.

The matt finish on the Bottega Acero is less likely to show fingerprints and water droplets compared to a gloss tile, which makes it a practical choice for bathrooms and kitchens.
