Yes, the Unaway Natural tiles are specifically designed with outdoor safety in mind. They carry an R11 anti-slip rating, which makes them suitable for surfaces that regularly get wet, such as patios, garden paths, and poolside areas. The matt finish also helps to reduce glare and improve grip underfoot compared to polished alternatives.

Each box contains 2 tiles and covers an area of 1.08m². To work out how many boxes you need, divide your total patio area in square metres by 1.08, then round up to the nearest whole box to account for cuts and wastage. For example, a 10m² patio would require at least 10 boxes, though we recommend adding around 10% extra for cuts and breakages.

The Unaway Natural tiles are made from porcelain, which is a non-porous material, meaning they will not absorb water, dirt, or staining agents the way natural stone can. This makes them highly resistant to discolouration caused by weather exposure, frost, or algae. Unlike real stone tiles, they do not require sealing and can simply be cleaned with water and a mild detergent to keep them looking their best.
