The Indic Matt 33.3×59.2cm ceramic tiles are designed for wall applications and are perfectly suited for bathroom environments, including shower walls. Their smooth matt ceramic surface is easy to wipe down and resistant to the damp conditions found in bathrooms. However, as these tiles are rated for walls only, they should not be used on shower floors or any other floor surface.

Each box contains 7 tiles and you will need 5 tiles per square metre, so one box covers just over 1m². To calculate how many boxes to order, measure the total area of your splashback in square metres and divide by 1.4 (the approximate coverage per box), then round up to the nearest whole box. It is always advisable to order around 10% extra to account for cuts and wastage.

Unlike natural marble, the Indic Matt ceramic tiles simply replicate the look of marble and do not require sealing. The smooth matt finish can be cleaned with a damp cloth and a mild household tile cleaner, making day-to-day maintenance in both kitchens and bathrooms straightforward. Avoid harsh abrasive cleaners that could dull the surface over time.
